Today is the first day of June which means that this month I will post a picture every day!
Today was "Wear a dress day". This day is not very well-known but the idea of it is to make women wear more dresses. Many women magazines all over the world have talked about this day and many people are joining the event every year. I have been quite obsessed with skirts and dresses lately so I really wanted to participate. I chose to wear this vintage'y floral button up dress which I love.

I haven't heard of this day but I actually went out today with a dress on which is not very often I actually do that! What coincidence!!

Aw, wish I'd known about wear a dress day, it's a great idea to get more women to feel free for themselves from time to time. My day was pretty boring, I spent the majority of it on a train travelling back home from visiting my dad in Leicester.
ReplyDeleteAlthough, I'm joining in with Louise's challenge too! I think it's a great way to get more people talking/getting to know eachother and it's lovely to see what everyone else is up to during the month. Can't wait!
